"Jean-Michel Jarre's "Oxymore

Jean-Michel Jarre's album was produced in spatialized sound at Radio France.

Designed for multi-channel and 3D spatialized sound, the album also offers a stereo version, as well as a binaural version accessible with standard headphones. This is the first project of this scale to push the boundaries of audio innovation to such an extent.

Jean-Michel Jarre’s new creation was presented exclusively at the Hyper Weekend Festival, at the Maison de la Musique et de la Radio. Gathered in the center of the Agora and surrounded by seventeen speakers, the audience was immersed for over fifty minutes in a sea of sound, embarking on a stationary 360-degree journey (multi-channel sound).

The album was mixed in collaboration with the technical teams at Radio France.
