Our 4-step process
- Briefing and consultation: We listen to your project, your goals, and your budget constraints. An initial discussion is often enough to outline the key details.
- Custom design: Your dedicated project manager works with you to develop the plan, selects the appropriate venues, and coordinates with our trusted vendors (caterers, furniture, technical services).
- Preparation and coordination: site visits, technical rehearsals, team briefings—every detail is planned in advance to ensure a smooth event day.
- Event day and follow-up: your project manager coordinates the setup and execution of the event. A post-event review is provided.

What is the maximum capacity of your spaces?
From 8 to 1,400 people. The Auditorium is our largest venue (1,400), while the Panoramic Room (100) is perfect for board meetings and premium cocktails.
Do you provide catering?
Yes. We work with a rigorous selection of preferred caterers covering all culinary styles.
Can we organize a hybrid event with live streaming?
Yes. Thanks to our broadcast infrastructure, we offer high-quality live or on-demand streaming for conferences and seminars.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend contacting us at least 4 to 6 weeks before your event. For large formats (Auditorium, Studio 104), please allow 2 to 3 months. We also handle urgent requests based on availability.
