The AFMD (Association Française des Managers de la Diversité - French Association of Diversity Managers) currently brings together nearly 200 organizations (companies, institutions, local authorities, associations, and higher education institutions) committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone is respected.
On June 2, 2026, we had the pleasure of welcoming the AFMD to the Maison de la Radio et de la Musique for the presentation of their survey results: "Le travail de la diversité. Enquête sur les fonctions égalité-équité, diversité et inclusion (EDI) en France" (Diversity at work: A survey on equality, equity, diversity, and inclusion roles in France). Participants gathered around a core question: ten years after the AFMD's first study, where do EDI professionals in France stand today?

The Request
The AFMD was looking for a venue capable of hosting a hybrid event, held both in person and via livestream, designed to bring people together, foster discussion, and drive new momentum across an entire professional community.
Our Solution
- Welcomed 222 attendees during the event
- Event management and coordination across multiple teams
- Provision of the Foyer Bazaine and the Foyer Manessier for a networking coffee reception and the public presentation, which featured various keynote speeches
