Post-production of Arthur H's album LA VIE in Dolby Atmos

Our teams accompanied Arthur H in the creation of the immersive mix of his album La Vie, using Dolby Atmos technology.

This project illustrates Radio France Studios' expertise in immersive audio, offering artists an environment where their music can be explored in all its sonic dimensions. With state-of-the-art equipment and expert teams, our studios enable us to push back the boundaries of music production and the listening experience.

The request

For his album, Arthur H wanted to transform his existing stereo sessions into an immersive mix, compatible with Dolby Atmos and other spatialized formats. The aim was to create an immersive audio experience that retained tonal balance and a focus on vocals, while giving depth and movement to instruments and sound effects.

Our response

  • Realization of the project in the Maison de la Radio et de la Musique's "Le Cube" studio, equipped with a 29-speaker immersive monitoring system, and directed by Hervé Déjardin, immersive audio specialist
  • Album mixed in binaural to guarantee an optimal immersive experience on streaming platforms such as Apple Music and Amazon Music, while checking consistency with the stereo master
