The Request
For his album, Arthur H wanted to transform his existing stereo sessions into an immersive mix compatible with Dolby Atmos and other spatial audio formats. The goal was to create an immersive audio experience that preserves the tonal balance and prioritizes the vocals, while adding depth and movement to the instruments and sound effects.
Our Solution
- Project executed at the "Le Cube" studio at the Maison de la Radio et de la Musique, equipped with a 29-speaker immersive monitoring system and led by Hervé Déjardin, an immersive audio specialist
- The album was mixed in binaural to ensure an optimal immersive experience on streaming platforms such as Apple Music and Amazon Music, while maintaining consistency with the stereo master.
