When 3D sound transforms a visit into a new experience.
It overlooks the Place de la Concorde in Paris. Built in the XVIIIe century, it is one of the most beautiful buildings of the Centre des Monuments Nationaux (CMN), and today houses cutting-edge audio technologies. The public is invited to discover the Hotel's 20 rooms on a treasure hunt, a journey back in time, or a story set in the Age of Enlightenment...

The request
The Centre des monuments nationaux approached Radio France with the aim of making the Hôtel de la Marine accessible to a wide audience while ensuring its profitability.
Our response
- The Radio France Studio designed four sound trails in binaural sound to explore the Intendants' Apartments and the ceremonial salons.
- These routes highlight the various dimensions of the monument: its naval and military history, Gabriel's architecture, the decorative arts, and the daily lives of its illustrious tenants.
- The narrative, geolocated and available in nine languages, adapts to the visitor's movements, offering fluid 360-degree sound immersion.
