Nils Strassburg brings the legend of Elvis Presley back to life with a modern interpretation that prioritises emotion over imitation. A fan of the King since childhood, he and his band offer a personal take on his greatest hits. Influenced by other artists such as The Police, Joe Cocker and Tina Turner, he imagines what Elvis might be like today. Classics such as ‘Burning Love’, ‘Love Me Tender’ and ‘Suspicious Minds’ are reworked with more contemporary, rock-inspired arrangements. Accompanied by spectacular lighting effects, this concert offers an intense and moving musical experience, rekindling fans’ nostalgia and passion whilst showcasing Elvis’s legacy in a new light.
