Radio France processes personal data for the purpose of managing your requests to receive information related to Radio France's activities and for statistical purposes.
This data will be transmitted to Radio France's Brand and Development Department and will be kept for three years from the date the online form is submitted.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (regulation no. 2016/679), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, and transfer your personal data, as well as the right to restrict its processing.
To exercise your rights, please send a letter to the following address: Radio France, Data Protection Officer, 116 avenue du président Kennedy, 75220 Paris Cedex 16, or an email to dpdp@radiofrance.com, specifying the subject of your request and attaching a copy of your identity document. In accordance with the aforementioned provisions, you may also define instructions regarding the retention, deletion, and communication of your personal data after your death. To do so, you must register these instructions with Radio France.
You may designate a person responsible for carrying out these instructions or, failing that, your legal heirs. These instructions can be modified at any time. For more information, you can consult your rights on the CNIL website.
